The theme
Cameroon is launching more and more infrastructure, digital transformation and local development projects. Their lasting impact depends less on how many there are than on how well they are managed.
This conference puts project management at the heart of the country’s transformation: delivering projects that create lasting value, passing on experience between generations, and securing concrete commitments from institutions and companies.
