The PMI Cameroon Chapter is structured according to a well-defined governance structure that enables efficient management and optimal coordination of activities. Here is a detailed description of its organization

The Chairman’s office

The President is the leader of the chapter and provides overall supervision of operations. He represents PMI Cameroon before international and local bodies, ensures that PMI standards are applied and directs strategic initiatives.

Vice-president

The chapter is organized around several vice-presidents, each with a specific responsibility.
Each Vice-President manages a team of volunteers specialized in his or her field (finance, administration, communications, etc.). Together, they define priorities, coordinate actions and ensure that activities run smoothly.
